Adam Pummill joins the Blue Valley North baseball coaching staff this spring after spending the past two falls helping with the football program as Offensive Line coach and O-Coordinator. Coach Pummill student taught at BVN and currently teaches Health. 

Pummill brings a weath of coaching experince from the gridiron to the BVN baseball program. He spent time with the Tennessee Volunteers as a graduate assistant on Phillip Fulmer's staff and also coached tightends at Monroe College. In addition to the college level, Coach Pummill spent time with the Cleveland Browns working with quarterbacks and as the Head Coach/Offensive coordinator of the Carlstad Crusaders (European Professional Football).  He has also coached at the high school level as well, most recently at Shawnee Mission North. 

As a player, Pummill was a dual sport athlete in college while at Missouri State. He was a member of the football  and baseball teams. On the baseball diamond he was a part of MSU's 2003 College World Series team, playing in historic Rosenblatt Stadium against #1 Rice University and the Hurricanes of Miami. He served as a captain his senior year and left Missouri State with over six hundred college at bats to his name. 

Coach Pummill is happily married to his wife Charmaine and they have a beautiful little girl Caelana (3). They reside in Overland Park.
